耳语同传Hushpiece
隐私政策
一句话：耳语同传不收集、不上传、不出售任何数据。语音识别、翻译和语音合成都使用 macOS 自带的本机模型，在你的 Mac 上完成。耳语同传没有服务器，不需要账号，不包含任何统计、广告或第三方分析 SDK。
我们会接触到哪些信息

我们不会做的事
- 不上传任何声音、文字或会议记录到任何服务器
- 不要求注册账号，不收集姓名、邮箱、设备标识或位置
- 不使用广告、统计或崩溃上报 SDK
- 不与任何第三方共享数据
系统提供的模型
首次使用某种语言时，macOS 会从 Apple 下载对应的本机语音识别和翻译模型。这个下载由系统完成，受 Apple 隐私政策 约束，不经过耳语同传，也不包含你的会议内容。
权限说明
- 麦克风：识别你说的话。
- 屏幕与系统录音：macOS 把“听系统声音”归在这个权限里。耳语同传只取声音，不看、不保存屏幕画面。
你可以随时在“系统设置 → 隐私与安全性”中关闭这些权限。
会议记录与删除
每场会议的文字记录保存在 App 的数据目录中（菜单栏 → 会议记录 → 打开记录文件夹）。删除这些文件，或删除 App，记录就会被删除。我们无法访问这些文件，也就无法替你恢复。
录音与告知
耳语同传不保存录音，但会把对话内容转成文字记录。如果你所在地区或公司要求在会议中告知参会者，请按要求告知。
儿童
耳语同传不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不收集任何人的个人信息。
变更与联系
如果本政策有变更，我们会更新本页并修改生效日期。有任何问题，请写信到 hushpiece@tobefree.app。
Privacy Policy (English)
Hushpiece collects no data. Speech recognition, translation and speech synthesis run on macOS's on-device models, on your Mac. Hushpiece has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs.
- Microphone audio is processed in memory to recognise what you say. It is never recorded or sent anywhere.
- System audio (the other side of your meeting) is captured through the Screen & System Audio Recording permission to show subtitles. Only audio is used; the screen is never read or saved.
- Transcripts are saved as text files in the app's own data folder on your Mac. Delete them, or the app, to remove them.
- On first use of a language, macOS downloads Apple's on-device models; this is done by the system under Apple's Privacy Policy and carries none of your content.
